A Meaningful Milestone in Our Bene-Care Story

After more than five decades of leadership, our founder Bill Bach is stepping into a new role as Founder and Chairman of the Board, while his son, Jeff Bach, officially becomes President and CEO of Bene-Care.

Jeff has been a driving force within the business for over 26 years, working side-by-side with his father to grow Bene-Care from a small claims operation into the full-service employee benefits, payroll, and HR partner it is today. Under Jeff’s leadership, we’re committed to honoring the legacy Bill built, while continuing to evolve with the needs of the clients and communities we serve.
