I was given Greg Bach's name as a person who could help in the process. After emailing him, he reached out to me. He couldn't help because of geographic limitations. However, instead of just hanging up, he guided me on what to do. Greg was very personable, as though we knew each other for some time. After over an hour on the phone talking insurance and football, his initial instincts on what I needed to do regarding my health insurance was spot on.
